TA Auto Express LLC provides door-to-door vehicle transport services for personal and commercial vehicles. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual pickup and delivery locations
- Vehicle size, weight, or condition
- Fuel prices and route changes
- Additional services requested at pickup
A binding price will be confirmed prior to transport. We will not charge you more than the confirmed price without your prior written or verbal consent.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Booking
A transport booking is confirmed upon your verbal or written acceptance of our quote and any applicable deposit. By booking, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized agent for the vehicle(s) being transported.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately at (720) 674-1831 if you need to cancel.
Cancellation by TA Auto Express
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule transport due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or route unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the vehicle is in operable condition or disclose inoperability at time of booking
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to pickup (we are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles)
- Ensure the vehicle has no more than a quarter tank of fuel at pickup
- Provide accurate and accessible pickup and delivery addresses
- Be present (or have an authorized representative present) at pickup and delivery
- Disclose any known vehicle modifications, leaks, or issues that could affect transport
6. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
Our driver will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle at pickup and note any pre-existing damage on a Bill of Lading (BOL). You or your representative must review and sign the BOL at pickup. At delivery, another inspection will be conducted. Any new damage must be noted on the delivery BOL and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Important: Failure to note damage on the delivery BOL or report it within 24 hours may limit or void your ability to file a damage claim.
7. Insurance and Liability
TA Auto Express LLC maintains cargo insurance coverage on all vehicles transported. Coverage is subject to the terms of our active insurance policy. In the event of damage caused by our negligence during transport, we will work with you to file a claim.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage not documented at pickup
- Damage caused by Acts of God (weather, natural disasters)
- Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
- Mechanical failure unrelated to transport handling
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
8. SMS and Communications Consent
Consent to Receive SMS: By providing your phone number through our website contact form or by contacting us directly, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from TA Auto Express LLC using automated or manual systems for service-related communications including quotes, scheduling, dispatch, and delivery updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies per transaction (up to 5 messages per service). You may opt out at any time by:
